Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices across Singapore and the APAC region
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate the financial research and investment management sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Heads of Research, Portfolio Managers, and Heads of Trading
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our AI-powered research platform
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field
- 3-8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, financial data, or research services
- Proven track record of selling into the financial investment research ecosystem, with existing relationships in the buy-side (hedge funds, asset managers) and/or sell-side research teams
- Deep understanding of how investment professionals conduct research, generate insights, and make investment decisions
