To have an ambition to grow the business organically with its present scope of profitably or above according to potential and targets and to suggest possible acquisition to grow the business inorganically.

- Experience and Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business management/engineering or completed professional education in the commercial field < 2/3 years
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Technical background is a plus
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional English skills
- Understanding of the lifting market and its players
- Familiar with the digital communication tools such as SEO, SoME, Inbound marketing, Direct Account Marketing
Job Responsibilities
Salea Manager Key Responsibilities:
To ensure a market-leading position in all relevant segments (implementing our FFP & SAP)
To develop a structured sales approach allowing Piab to grow market share by efficiently targeting prioritized customers and using the most appropriate channel for each customer segment.
To ensure efficient utilization and development of sales resources.
To develop a pragmatic solution to measure and follow up sales efficiency and progress by individual, sales director, country sales manager, sales rep, distributor, and Piab sales company etc. Implementing well our CPP)
To create a stable team: to hire, coach, and develop talent in the team.
To implement a stable and constructive onboarding training.
To provide regular feedback and coaching for the team.
Working closely with, marketing, operation, finance and the P&C manager of the region.
Market Intelligence: to understand market data, segmentation, market share and potential per market, region and segment.
Competition understanding: Stay updated about market trends and competitor activities.
Growth Strategy: Align with PIAB's overall Full Potential Plan, Sales Acceleration Plans and Strategic Initiatives Actions.
Organizational structure: Define the needed organization to meet ambition and create competence profiles per function.
Targets & STI : target setting, top down and bottom up.
To ensure that sales data is accurately updated in Salesforce in a timely manner and sales reports are generated as agreed.
Frequent business travel.
To manage well senior salespeople, coaching and guiding & implementing strategic decision
To manage efficiently the regional and countries P&L
To influence product management development
To support the multi-brands spirits
To travel up to 60% of the time
Performance Indicators:
Profit and loss, Balance Sheet performance versus annual and long-term targets.
Sales growth
Turnover rate in the Region and in the countries
