What you will be doing:
You will play a key role in expanding our Factoring and Receivables Financing (Early Payment Solutions) business in Singapore. In this role, you will engage and pitch to SME owners, helping them unlock cash flow by offering factoring and early-payment financing solutions on their unpaid invoices. Your work directly empowers suppliers with faster access to working capital and strengthens entire supply networks.
You will focus on growth within sectors such as Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Services, while identifying new opportunities across other relevant industries. This is a high-impact role where you will drive adoption of innovative financing solutions and shape the next phase of our business expansion.
- Develop and grow a new client base to expand the company's Factoring and Receivables Financing (Early Payment Solution) portfolio.
- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new factoring relationships and creditworthy buyers to offer Early Payment Solutions to their supply chain suppliers.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including internal facility approvals, execution of facility documentation, and full account implementation.
- Provide continuous feedback to the management team to enhance client experience, streamline processes, and improve product features and structure.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality solution delivery, service excellence, and long-term partnership success.
What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Banking, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in Singapore
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally in Factoring or Supply Chain Financing
- Strong network within the SME financing ecosystem is an added advantage
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive portfolio growth
- Strong capability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus
- Excellent teamwork, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain strategies and technical information, build rapport, and gain stakeholder buy-in
