We are a dynamic and growing e-commerce company in the Food & Beverage industry looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local F&B landscape and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B opportunities (e.g., corporate catering, distribution, or partnerships) to expand our e-commerce market presence.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key F&B clients and stakeholders.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically within the F&B industry (e.g., restaurants, central kitchens, or food distribution).
Communication: Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is required to effectively communicate with our diverse range of vendors, clients, and partners.
Mobility: Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license and have access to own vehicle (preferred) to facilitate site visits and client meetings.
Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
