Sales Manager (Experiential Tech / Creative Solutions)
Salary: Up to SGD $5000 per month + Project-based Commissions
Working Hours: 5 days onsite per week

(2) Job Scope
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
- Prospect and close deals across target industries including MICE, marketing, exhibitions, and retail.
- Collaborate with internal creatives and external partners to deliver engaging tech-driven projects.
- Lead full-cycle client engagement from initial contact through to final project handover.
- Drive market expansion strategies and contribute to business growth plans.
- Ensure high standards in project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship management.
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
(3) Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within IT, multimedia, MICE, marketing, or creative sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven client-facing success.
- High attention to detail in crafting persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Technically curious and creatively inclined with a strong interest in user experience.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
