Job Summary

Drive business growth and customer satisfaction as a Sales Manager by managing daily sales activities, preparing strategic proposals, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering optimized solutions for EHT business accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new and existing business to achieve company goals and expand market presence
  • Coordinate and oversee all business activities for Malaysia accounts to ensure operational efficiency
  • Take personal ownership of customer satisfaction to maintain and grow business accounts
  • Manage daily sales processing activities to meet customer delivery and product sales expectations
  • Liaise with customers, internal factories, and other BU Sales teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality
  • Generate and grow business from assigned BU Sales through proactive customer relationship management
  • Prepare and deliver customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
  • Analyze Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to develop strategic proposals showcasing optimized design techniques and value-added services
  • Attend technical clarification meetings with customers to resolve queries and align solutions
  • Track proposals and provide management with feedback on outcomes and sales progress
  • Review orders and clarify details, updating quote status accurately in the SAP system
  • Assist sales management in organizing sales promotions and marketing events to support business growth

Required competencies and certifications

  • Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant sales management experience directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated leadership qualities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Work experience in Electrical/Instrumentation Solutions
