Sales Manager (Enterprise Software)
Working days & hours : 5days, Mon- Fri 9am - 6pm
Location: Neil Rd, Singapore 088905 (Maxwell)
Salary: $6000 - $7500 + Commission + AWS + Bonus
Core Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and develop high-value opportunities for application and virtualization performance monitoring solutions within assigned sectors / industries.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire process from prospect creation and cold-calling to value proposition, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensure accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce.com) for management reporting.
- Channel & Partner Strategy: Identify and develop potential partners (MSPs/GSIs) organize technical training and coordinate sales activities to ensure partners are actively promoting company solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Research client technology stacks to identify performance issues and present clear value propositions for identified problem statements.
- Technical Alignment: Coordinate company consulting resources to support partner pre-sales activities and maintain deep knowledge of industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong B2B sales skills, with 10+ years of sales experience, able to communicate with senior management and clients.
- Preferred to have knowledge of Salesforce, Citrix, VMware, and cloud technology.
