About The Team
Working as part of sales team, you will be responsible for the after-sales services for the Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Switchgears and other related systems in the Singapore market. Proactively developing and managing the go-to-market strategies and sales action plans to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets in a profitable way, and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
You'll make a difference by:
- Work closely with consultants to promote the MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear and related systems.
- Arrange workshops / technical sessions / workshops etc. with consultants and customers.
- Respond to customer requests on the functional / technical aspects of the offered systems/ solutions.
- Grow sales with new customers and existing customers.
- Analyze the market / competition and prepare sales strategies.
- Capture and update opportunities in the sales tool, prepare sales reports.
- Provide detailed and accurate forecasting of orders.
- Work closely with the proposal and project team.
- Coordinate with HQ/ factories / vendors to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Prepare required documents for internal project approval process.
- The above list is not exhaustive and therefore you will be expected to carry out further duties as instructed by your superior.
You'll win us over by:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is required.
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience, preferably in engineering or switchgear manufacturing firms.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E contractors, consultants, and the relevant market in Singapore.
- Expertise in MV Switchgear (GIS and AIS) / LV Switchgears.
- Additional knowledge of SCADA, Transformers, and auxiliary power supplies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer focus, ability to work in a team, self-reliance, and adaptability to a multinational environment. Commercial knowledge and contract understanding
