(Job Summary)
We are a global Japanese manufacturing company that offers a variety of products and services. Due to business expansion, we are currently seeking a Sales Manager who will oversee sales activities targeting Japanese housing interior manufactures in ASEAN.
(Key Responsibility)
Develop and manage business relationships with Japanese housing interior manufactures in ASEAN.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the region through proactive sales activities.
Promote and propose interior material products (e.g., Decorative films, flooring, panels) tailored to clients project needs.
Coordinate closely with headquarters in Japan to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals to clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analyses to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and customer needs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and project specifications in each country.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to enhance brand awareness.
(Must-have)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably inbuilding materials, interior products, or construction-related industries
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to liaise with Japan headquarters and Japanese clients
Office location: Alexandra Road
Work Hours: 8:45 - 17:45
Work Days: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
Salary:
$7500 - $8500
