About the Role

We are seeking a driven and resilient Sales Manager to join our team at a 351-room business hotel. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding corporate accounts, and strengthening our market presence.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Drive room revenue and occupancy through proactive sales activities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate and MICE accounts

  • Manage and grow existing client portfolios to maximise repeat business

  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations

  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and corporate rates

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Operations, Front Office) to deliver client requirements

  • Participate in industry networking events, roadshows, and sales trips

  • Track performance and maintain an active sales pipeline

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are not just experienced, but consistent performers:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hotel sales / corporate sales experience

  • Proven ability to generate new business and close deals

  • Strong track record in managing corporate or group accounts

  • Experience in mid-scale or large hotels (200+ rooms) preferred

  • Confident in negotiation, presentation, and client engagement

  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Able to work independently while collaborating across departments

Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Experience in MICE / group business / long-stay segments

  • Existing network of corporate clients in Singapore

  • Background in serviced apartments, travel industry, or event sales

  • Demonstrated achievements with clear sales or revenue results
