We are seeking a driven and resilient Sales Manager to join our team at a 351-room business hotel. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding corporate accounts, and strengthening our market presence.

Drive room revenue and occupancy through proactive sales activities
Identify, develop, and secure new corporate and MICE accounts
Manage and grow existing client portfolios to maximise repeat business
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations
Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and corporate rates
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Operations, Front Office) to deliver client requirements
Participate in industry networking events, roadshows, and sales trips
Track performance and maintain an active sales pipeline
We are looking for candidates who are not just experienced, but consistent performers:
Minimum 2-3 years of hotel sales / corporate sales experience
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Strong track record in managing corporate or group accounts
Experience in mid-scale or large hotels (200+ rooms) preferred
Confident in negotiation, presentation, and client engagement
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working towards sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently while collaborating across departments
Experience in MICE / group business / long-stay segments
Existing network of corporate clients in Singapore
Background in serviced apartments, travel industry, or event sales
Demonstrated achievements with clear sales or revenue results
This role requires a high level of ownership and consistency.
