2. Job requirements:
. Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma) in any field.
. Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in manicure and pedicure services, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
. Demonstrated expertise in professional nail care services, including advanced manicure and pedicure techniques.
. Strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service and managing client relationships.
. Experience leading and developing salon or beauty service teams.
. Proven ability to manage salon operations, staff performance, and business objectives.
. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and service quality standards within the beauty industry.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
