SALES MANAGER

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

. Identify and acquire new clients (B2B & B2C)

. Build strong relationships with corporate clients and households

. Promote services including manpower placement, cleaning services, and home care services

. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements

. Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil client needs

. Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

. Proven experience in sales, preferably in manpower, cleaning, or service industry

. Strong communication and negotiation skills

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

. Familiar with Singapore market and industries (F&B, logistics, etc.)

. Basic knowledge of MOM regulations is an advantage

. Ability to handle both corporate and household clients
