Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve the organization's revenue targets. This role requires an experienced professional with strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative sales culture while strategically expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational revenue goals.
· Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed performance targets.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product) to improve customer engagement.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting on sales metrics and forecasts.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.

· Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.
