We are seeking a Sales Manager with a demonstrated track record in Calibration & Metrology Solutions. To expand business footprint, managing key customer relationship, support tender/ bid process for our product distribution and measurement service business.
Identify and develop new calibration business opportunities. Drive tenders, quotation and proposal
submission ; ensure competitive and compliance offer.
Strong technical understanding of ISO17025 requirements and processes.
Strategic market expansion like identifying growth sector and potential channel partners. Develop entry strategy and marketing campaigns.
Familiar with tendering process, government procurement systems, routine Gebiz monitoring.
Prepare sales report, pipepline updates, Sales Force would be a plus.
Requirements
The Sales Manager shall possess the following:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Degree in engineering or related discipline
Self-starter and result-oriented with strong analytical skills
Fast and meticulous attention to details.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Regional exposure in SouthEast Asia market is a plus.
