Job Description & Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
. Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, outlets, and partners.
. Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong business relationships.
. Promote company food products and central kitchen services.
. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate business agreements.
. Monitor market trends and customer feedback to improve sales performance.
. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders.
. Prepare sales reports and update management on business performance.
. Lead and guide sales team members to achieve targets.
. Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
. Minimum experience in sales, business development, or F&B industry preferred.
. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
. Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.
. Experience in food service, catering, or central kitchen industry is an advantage.
. Good knowledge of market development and customer management.
