Key Responsibilities
Business Development &Sales Growth
Drive sales pipeline development for repair, maintenance, install, dismantle and sales of cranes
Identify new business opportunities in commercial markets
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, tender response, proposal development, and contract negotiation
Client & StakeholderManagement
Prospect, qualify, and close deals with commercial end-users and channel partners
Build and maintain strong long-term strategic relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and integrators
Conduct high-impact product presentations, demonstrations, and solution pitching
Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
Go-to-Market & StrategyExecution
Develop sales strategies, market positioning, and competitive differentiation plans
Work with marketing teams to create materials, case studies, and product collateral
Provide market insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with engineering, solution architects, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Support product roadmaps by gathering customer feedback and use-case requirements
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and business development activities
