A Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, evaluate performance against KPIs, and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record as a top-performing sales representative or manager, typically with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
