Job Description

A Sales Manager

leads a sales team to achieve revenue targets by setting quotas, analyzing performance data, and coaching representatives

. They develop strategic business plans, optimize sales channels, and manage customer relationships to drive growth and expand market reach.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage sales representatives. Conduct regular 1-on-1s, evaluate performance against KPIs, and motivate the team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Design and execute strategic business plans that expand the customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
  • Pipeline Management: Track sales metrics, manage CRM hygiene, and provide accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, lead generation efforts, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a top-performing sales representative or manager, typically with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills Required: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, and deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.
