We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to aggressively expand our retail presence across supermarkets, minimarts, provision shops, convenience stores, and independent retailers.
This is a hunter role. Your core mission is simple:
Get our products listed, placed on shelves, and reordered.
Proactively identify, visit, and onboard new retail outlets across assigned territories
Pitch and secure product listings and shelf space with shop owners, buyers, and purchasing managers
Drive store-level negotiations on pricing, margins, promotions, and volume commitments
Build and grow a strong retail distribution footprint for FMCG / food products
Execute route-to-market and outlet expansion strategies
Ensure proper product visibility, shelf positioning, and merchandising
Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf presence
Push sell-in volume, repeat orders, and account retention
Achieve and exceed monthly sales revenue and outlet acquisition targets
Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and replenishment
Proven experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or trade sales
Strong B2B / retail distribution sales background
Comfortable with cold store visits and face-to-face selling
Solid negotiation and closing skills with retailers and buyers
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
Able to work independently in the field
Familiarity with Singapore's retail trade landscape is a strong advantage
