1. Sales Performance & Targets
- Achieve company sales targets by driving customer conversion and retention.
- Monitor and report on overall sales performance, ensuring consistent progress towards organizational goals.
2. Sales Team Development
- Deliver mindset and sales training to the team to enhance their skills, motivation, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for underperforming team members.
- Conduct monthly sales meetings to review targets, share updates, and address team challenges.
3. Customer Management & Service
- Audit every customer's record/card to ensure accuracy and follow-up on service standards.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing excellent service recovery and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
4. Sales Process & Standards
- Standardize and enforce the company's sales process and treatment protocols to maintain service quality.
- Enforce company standards relating to grooming, cleanliness, and hygiene among the team.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Plan and manage the manpower roster to ensure optimal coverage and efficient operations.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management, highlighting key results, challenges, and action plans.
6. Marketing Activities
- Support and achieve marketing activity targets, including review of KPIs for campaigns, and management of promotional materials such as photos and videos.
- Provide feedback from customers and the sales floor to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.
7. Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure strict adherence to ethical sales practices, with zero tolerance for unethical selling or behaviour.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in the retail, FMCG and beauty industry.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a service-oriented or beauty industry.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive, service-driven environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer issues.
- Ability to standardize processes and enforce company policies effectively.
- Analytical skills for reporting and target tracking.
- Commitment to upholding the company's values and standards.
