1. Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies for ATE load boards and accessories
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
Drive revenue growth through both existing and new customer accounts
2. Sales & Marketing Activities
Plan and implement comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with marketing teams to position products effectively in the market
Represent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and business development activities
3. Forecasting & Performance Management
Develop accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions
Increase customer retention and lifetime value
5. Market Intelligence
Analyze ATE/load board market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
Identify opportunities to improve margins and optimize product positioning
Provide feedback to internal teams on market demands and product enhancements
6. Account Penetration & Business Development
Identify and penetrate new key accounts, especially within semiconductor IDMs, OSATs, and fabless companies
Expand footprint within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to understand and address complex customer requirements
Ensure smooth project execution from quotation to delivery
8. Additional Duties
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry
Proven track record in ATE/load board or related test interface solutions
Technical Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
ATE/load board Bill of Materials (BOM)
Semiconductor testing requirements
ATE systems, particularly Advantest and Teradyne platforms
Load board design and application requirements
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
Ability to manage complex, technical sales cycles
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally as required
Preferred Attributes
Existing network within semiconductor companies (IDMs, OSATs, fabless)
Experience handling regional or global accounts
Ability to translate technical requirements into commercial solutions
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm
