Our sales team is growing fast, and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and help take monday.com's growth to the next level! About The Role

As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your team and the broader sales organization. You'll lead by example inspiring, developing, and empowering your Account Executives to exceed their goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You'll bring a strong strategic mindset and hands-on leadership style to:

  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, skill-building, and data-driven insights.
  • Own the day-to-day execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to streamline processes and optimize performance.
  • Use your deep understanding of SaaS sales to improve team efficiency and deal execution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience covering ASEAN countries
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience (leading AEs or closing reps).
  • Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating complex legal or procurement discussions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and people development skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
