Sales Manager APAC Region

Role Description

The Sales Manager APAC Region is a full-time, on-site role based in our Singapore office, responsible for developing and expanding Avstock's aviation asset trading business across the Asia-Pacific market. This role includes identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with airlines, lessors, and operators, managing existing client relationships, and negotiating sales, leasing, and asset management agreements. The Sales Manager will conduct market research, analyze regional trends, and prepare forecasts and sales reports to support strategic decision-making. Daily activities involve coordinating closely with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate asset information, timely proposals, and efficient transaction execution. The role also requires regular travel within the APAC region to attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen Avstock's market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within aviation, aerospace, or related asset trading industries.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder engagement across diverse cultures in the APAC region.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation, deal structuring, and commercial decision-making for complex, high-value transactions.
• Solid understanding of aviation assets (aircraft, engines, spare parts) and familiarity with leasing, asset management, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical and commercial information clearly.
• Competence in market analysis, sales forecasting, and use of CRM or sales management tools to track pipelines and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional APAC regional languages are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Singapore and travel frequently across the APAC region.
• Preferably a Singapore Citizen (OR) PR Holder.
