Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships
  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, etc.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and engineering professionals to meet their individual and team goals
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to develop integrated sales campaigns
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare market reports, periodical sales forecast and business presentations as required
  • Responsible for company KPls and contribute to P&L performance
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Negotiate and close deals, provide technical solutions, follow up with clients, and manage any customer concerns or complaints
  • Proven success in a sales management role, ideally in the building construction or M&E industry
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities; ability to inspire and lead high- performing teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with Clients
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Willingness to travel for product training, client meetings, site visits, seminars and tender participation
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Must possess a valid class 3 driving license
