About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI Practice. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on ecosystem-led growth. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through industry events, managing strategic partnerships, and scaling our new revenue stream.

  • Identify and develop new enterprise-level business opportunities to grow market presence and accelerate the revenue streams of our AI Practice.
  • Responsible for driving sales pipelines, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and C-suite decision-makers, moving prospects from initial educational interest into our core consulting funnel (Discovery -> POC -> Scaling).
  • Build structured partnerships and give-and-get referral programs with non-competing partners (e.g., Cloud Providers, IT Associations) to systematically generate high-quality enterprise leads.
  • Strategic planning and execution of Tier-1 AI conferences and private roundtables, leveraging these platforms to secure high-level networking opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs regarding AI adoption; share local market insights with the internal Lead Consultant and technical teams to support product enhancement and localization.
  • Work closely with internal regional teams, marketing, and technical departments to align go-to-market strategies and deliver well-rounded solutions to clients.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in Sales or Business Development within Professional Services, Digital Transformation Tools or Executive Education.
  • A proven track record of managing long-game relationships rather than high-volume transactional sales.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating high-level networking sessions.
  • Able to confidently discuss the business implications of LLMs, Data Governance, and AI ROI.
  • Experience in launching or scaling a new product line (like our training arm) is a major plus.
