Sales Manager - AI Infrastructure & Data Center Solutions

We are looking for a hunter Sales Manager to drive new business and strategic account growth across Singapore & Malaysia. This role focuses on opening new logos and selling complex technical solutions into the AI infrastructure ecosystem, including hyperscalers, neocloud providers, cloud infrastructure, data centers, networking, security, and performance validation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new enterprise customers across Singapore & Malaysia.
• Build and manage a strong new business pipeline.
• Develop account penetration strategies for target customers.
• Engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Sell complex solutions across AI infrastructure, networking, security, data center, and performance validation environments.
• Work closely with solution architects, application engineers, partners, and internal teams.
• Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• 7-12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Strong hunter profile with proven new logo and net-new revenue success.
• Experience selling into data centers, hyperscalers, neoclouds, cloud providers, AI infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, power/cooling, or adjacent technical infrastructure customers.
• Strong value-based selling, stakeholder management, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
• Regional SEA exposure and willingness to travel.
