About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our AI Practice. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position focuses on ecosystem-led growth. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through industry events, managing strategic partnerships, and scaling our new revenue stream: Executive AI Leadership Training.

Partner & Referral Channel Development

  • Alliance Management: Build and nurture referral relationships with non-competing partners (e.g., Cloud Providers, or IT Associations) who serve the same C-suite clientele.
  • Referral Loop: Create a structured give-and-get referral program that incentivizes partners to introduce our AI Victory Framework to their clients.

Strategic Qualification

  • Consultative Selling: Move prospects from initial curiosity (Training/Events) into our consulting funnel (Discovery -> POC -> Scaling).
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the eyes and ears of the market, feeding client pain points back to the Lead Consultant to help refine our service offerings.

Ecosystem & Event Management

  • Event Strategy: Identify Tier-1 AI and industry-specific conferences. You aren't just attending; you are securing speaking slots for our experts and hosting private executive dialogues to build presence and reputation.
  • Community Building: Curate and manage a pipeline of prospects gathered through webinars, roundtables, and industry workshops.

Monetizing Education (New Revenue Model)

  • Productizing Knowledge: Drive the sales and enrollment for our Paid AI Leadership Training programs.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in Sales or Business Development within Professional Services, Digital Transformation Tools or Executive Education.
  • Able to confidently discuss the business implications of LLMs, Data Governance, and AI ROI.
  • A proven track record of managing long-game relationships rather than high-volume transactional sales.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating high-level networking sessions.
  • Experience in launching or scaling a new product line (like our training arm) is a major plus.
