AFFCO FLOW CONTROL IS A VALVE MANUFACTURER WITH OFFICES IN UK, THE NETHERLANDS, MIDDLE EAST, SINGAPORE AND CHINA. WE ARE CURRENTLY ENLISTING A SALES MANAGER TO EXPAND OUR PRESENCE IN THE S.E.A MARKET.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with clients to deeply understand their business challenges and technical requirements, ensuring that all solutions are precisely tailored to address unique and evolving needs within the assigned region.
Develop, present, and refine customized solutions, including the preparation of technical proposals, detailed specifications, and competitive quotations that align with both customer objectives and the company's strategic offerings.
Work seamlessly with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to guarantee the smooth integration and implementation of solutions, fostering high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of solutions, coordinate efforts among internal teams, and ensure the timely delivery and installation of products or services, all while maintaining strict adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
Drive the achievement of sales targets within specified deadlines and designated territories or accounts by supporting account executives, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and devising actionable sales strategies.
Keep continuously informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing valuable strategic input to the sales and product development teams to maintain a competitive edge.
Mentor and guide junior sales engineers, deliver training sessions to both customers and internal staff, and actively share industry best practices to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars-both locally and internationally-to build and nurture networks with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry experts, thereby expanding the company's client base.
Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, project progress, and sales activities. Provide regular, insightful reports to management to ensure transparency and support data-driven business decisions.
Serve as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving post-sales technical issues, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and that high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Develop and implement regional strategies and business plans focused on company growth, with an emphasis on expanding the client database and identifying new market opportunities.
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with customers by understanding and fulfilling their evolving needs, all while ensuring the profitability and sustainable growth of the company.
Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, serving as an ambassador to enhance the company's reputation, increase visibility, and attract new clients.
Work in harmony with other company departments to streamline sales operations and processes, ensuring efficient workflow and the effective allocation of resources.
Set clear, measurable performance goals for sales team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
Proactively identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, networking, and market analysis to drive business expansion within the region.
