Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers (airlines, brokers, OEMs, lessors) while actively developing new business opportunities across assigned territories to drive revenue and margin growth in line with company strategy
Identify and pursue new accounts through proactive prospecting, including cold calling, client visits, and networking
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical advice and maintenance solutions (component repair, PBH support, DOA services, airframe services, and training)
Monitor market trends and provide regular updates on industry developments and competitive landscape
Lead and manage sales projects from opportunity identification through to successful closure
Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including pricing, warranty terms, and service options
Coordinate with internal teams and the European office to ensure seamless service delivery
Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests when required
Track sales activities, issue visit reports, and maintain accurate CRM updates
Contribute to marketing initiatives and expand the company's regional network and partnerships
Support payment collection activities in collaboration with finance teams
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace component repair and maintenance sales
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, including pricing structures, warranties, and service agreements
Self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in both French and English, French is a must in order to liaise with out French speaking associates
Willingness to travel internationally (more than 50% of the time).
