Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers (airlines, brokers, OEMs, lessors) while actively developing new business opportunities across assigned territories to drive revenue and margin growth in line with company strategy

  • Identify and pursue new accounts through proactive prospecting, including cold calling, client visits, and networking

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored technical advice and maintenance solutions (component repair, PBH support, DOA services, airframe services, and training)

  • Monitor market trends and provide regular updates on industry developments and competitive landscape

  • Lead and manage sales projects from opportunity identification through to successful closure

  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, including pricing, warranty terms, and service options

  • Coordinate with internal teams and the European office to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Support Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requests when required

  • Track sales activities, issue visit reports, and maintain accurate CRM updates

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and expand the company's regional network and partnerships

  • Support payment collection activities in collaboration with finance teams

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace component repair and maintenance sales

  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, including pricing structures, warranties, and service agreements

  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Fluent in both French and English, French is a must in order to liaise with out French speaking associates

  • Willingness to travel internationally (more than 50% of the time).
