Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for cleaning services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Handle incoming sales enquiries and provide service recommendations based on client needs.
Conduct site assessments to determine cleaning scope, manpower needs, and quotation pricing.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-ups.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upselling.
Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Track sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends for reporting purposes.
Participate in marketing initiatives, tenders, and business development projects.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales experience in cleaning or facilities services is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct site visits and work independently.
Customer-oriented with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
