We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager - Advertising to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in advertising/media sales, and a passion for driving revenue through innovative media solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advertising sales executives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates
- Work closely with marketing and product teams on campaign execution
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or media sales
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong client network and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.
