Responsibilities
Drive new air conditioning sales by proactively engaging potential customers for installation and servicing opportunities
Design and recommend customized air conditioning systems for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties to meet client needs
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and deliver tailored aircon solutions that enhance customer satisfaction
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting methods to technician and worker teams to resolve aircon issues efficiently
Manage and coordinate technicians and workers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely project completion
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid driving license (Class 3 or 3A) to conduct site visits and customer engagements safely and independently
Minimum 5 years of experience in the air conditioning industry demonstrating technical expertise and operational leadership
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both internal and external stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to use AutoCAD to provide aircon system designs and drawings
