SALES MANAGER

Job Description

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve restaurant revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients, private events, and partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing for group bookings and special events.
• Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure excellent guest experiences.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, and public holidays
