Our client is a regional freight forwarding and 3PL logistics service provider (MNC). Due to business expansion, they are recruiting a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and manage key customer accounts.They are located in EastSingapore - easily accessible.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans covering prospecting, cold calls, client meetings, and proposals
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target industries
- Expand existing accounts and grow the customer base
- Manage key customer relationships to achieve assigned sales targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet revenue objectives
- Execute targeted sales initiatives aligned with company goals
- Promote logistics and value-added services to new and existing clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and prospect database
- Gather and update market intelligence on customers, traffic mix, and competitors
- Develop deep understanding of customers business and supply chain requirements
- Coach sales team on opportunity development, sales calls, and account penetration
- Oversee order execution and ensure timely payment collection
- Prepare sales performance reports and market analysis for management review
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic, Business Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Strong understanding of Air & Sea freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Alert of both local & global market trends in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proficient in CRM systems & logistics software.
- Proven sales track record with an established customer base.
