Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Prospecting and visiting potential customers
Providing customers with quotations and following through to closing sales
Gathering market and customer information
To achieve and exceed assigned sales target and customer development target
To perform according to company direction in terms of customer segment, product mix and price level.
To develop customer growth and loyalty through Customer Management (CM) way of working by providing continuous support and customer assistance.
To develop and implement business and account sales by understanding prospects fleet requirement, operation and unfulfilled needs.
To perform day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, prepare quote, negotiate offer, acquiring orders etc)
To collaborate within Sales Department (Both Sales & Operations) to ensure vehicle specifications and delivery schedule is in accordance with sales agreement.
To organise and participate in Customer Vehicle Handover Ceremony
To establish relationship with bank institution and bodybuilders for sales closure.
To co-ordinate with other departments to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
To report sales performances on a weekly basis through customer database, visitation plan, sales prospects and market situation.
To support and manage Truck Account Receivable in timely manner.
