Job Summary
You will promote car leasing packages, manage customer accounts, and ensure smooth leasing operations by handling inquiries, negotiating deals, managing documentation, and coordinating vehicle preparation and handover.
Responsibilities
- Promote and market car leasing packages to individual and corporate clients to drive sales growth
- Respond to customer inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and close leasing deals effectively
- Manage leasing documentation and contracts ensuring compliance with LTA and insurance requirements
- Coordinate with operations and workshop teams to prepare vehicles for handover and manage returns efficiently
- Apply proven sales techniques within the automotive or car leasing industry to meet targets
- Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently to enhance customer satisfaction and secure agreements
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
- Work independently with self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieve business objectives
