Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate overall sales activities to achieve business growth and market penetration.
- Collect and analyze market and trade intelligence to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Communicate and align the company's sales activities effectively with corporate clients, trade partners, and general customers.
- Monitor and adapt distribution strategies to optimize customer service through the most effective channels.
- Manage assigned account portfolios to maintain and grow client relationships.
- Prepare and present sales-related materials and data during customer visits and calls to support sales efforts.
- Promote the company's products to potential clients, companies, and travel agencies to expand market reach.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities to drive increased sales performance.
- Travel frequently to key markets including China, Hong Kong, and Vietnam to support sales initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management to support business objectives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- Relevant sales or marketing experience, preferably within the Travel or Airline industry.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
- Ability to communicate constructively with sales teams and cross-functional departments.
