Work, Learn, Grow
In our global Sales Outbound Team, we are responsible for acquiring OANDA Clients and Partners via phone, email, and instant messaging. We identify potential Clients, provide daily services to them, build positive relationships, and close deals. Our Sales Team works from Warsaw (Poland & East Europe), Krakow & London (Europe & LATAM), and Singapore (ASEAN) offices.
In this team, you will find people interested in Forex, Stock Market, and Crypto trading, so no worries – training will be provided, and we will teach you everything! This role is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to learn and grow in the financial markets, specifically within our thriving OANDA Prop Trader Community.
What You'll Do
- Support the OANDA Community channel by engaging with traders of all levels.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for community discussions, trade ideas, chart analysis, and other relevant topics.
- Help manage and analyze community data to identify trends and insights that can inform engagement strategies.
- Address basic inquiries from community members and provide necessary information about the OANDA Prop Trader platform and community features.
- Support the Business Development Team in gathering prospects related to community and program initiatives.
- Create presentations and other supporting materials for community events and initiatives.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- University degree or final year study, preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business/Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in English and 1 other language - Chinese/Spanish/Thai would be a plus.
- Availability to work min. 35 hours weekly for 3-6 months.
- Passion for Forex, Stock Market, and Crypto trading or previous experience in trading (in a live or demo environment) will be a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with diverse online communities.
- Self-motivation with a positive work attitude.
- Quick learner and adaptable, with an interest in community building and online engagement.
