Job Summary

You will lead client consultations to develop innovative design concepts and manage project timelines and sales targets, delivering exceptional service from concept through to completion in a dynamic and inspiring workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client consultations to identify needs and translate them into tailored design solutions that align with client expectations
• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts that meet project objectives and client preferences
• Manage project timelines and coordinate resources to ensure timely delivery of design projects within sales targets
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction from initial concept to final completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a supportive and growth-oriented work environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in interior design to enhance project creativity and execution
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage clients and articulate design ideas
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward
