Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management
. Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through completion and handover
. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
. Ensure project delivery aligns with approved schedules, budgets, and specifications
2. Client & Contract Administration
. Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
. Manage project scope changes, variation orders, and contractual documentation
. Maintain formal records of client instructions, approvals, and correspondence
3. Technical & Site Coordination
. Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and submissions
. Resolve construction and coordination issues across trades
. Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved design intent
4. Budget & Cost Control
. Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and variation orders
. Review quotations and manage procurement activities
. Coordinate vendor and subcontractor pricing in line with project budgets
5. Team Supervision
. Supervise Project Executives (Level I & II)
. Allocate tasks and track progress to meet project timelines
. Provide site-based guidance related to coordination and execution
6. Documentation & Compliance
. Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and records
. Enforce standard operating procedures and internal workflows
. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
. 7-10 years of relevant experience in office fit-out / workplace projects.
. Proven experience managing projects from site mobilisation to completion and handover.
. Site construction knowledge & Computer knowledge
