Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries (walk-ins, referrals, online leads).
Conduct client consultations to understand lifestyle needs, budget, and scope of works.
Prepare detailed renovation proposals and quotations.
Present design concepts and explain materials, carpentry details, and workflows clearly.
Follow up with clients and close sales professionally.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Propose practical space planning and layout ideas based on client needs.
Advise on materials, finishes, carpentry solutions, and design styles.
Work with internal designers, draftsmen, or offshore design teams where required.
Ensure designs are feasible within budget and site constraints.
Prepare accurate and detailed quotations (itemised where required).
Ensure scope of work is clear to avoid variation disputes.
Assist clients with approvals, confirmations, and contract sign-off.
Handover confirmed projects clearly to the project management team.
Ensure all client expectations, drawings, and specifications are properly documented.
Support project team if clarification is required during execution.
Maintain high service standards and professionalism.
Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Handle basic client concerns tactfully before escalation if needed.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in interior design sales or renovation sales.
Strong understanding of residential renovation and carpentry works.
Comfortable discussing technical details such as carpentry, materials, and layouts.
Good sales closing ability with a customer-first mindset.
Able to prepare clear quotations and presentations.
Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is an advantage.
Familiar with Google Workspace / Excel for quotations and documentation.
Ability to read floor plans and drawings.
Confident, presentable, and good communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Strong time management and follow-up discipline.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
5 or 5.5 days work week (to be specified)
Weekend availability may be required for client appointments.
Basic Salary + Commission
