Sales Interior Designer

Job Description

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements

- Creative thinking, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

- Self-motivated, good eye for details and well organized

- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

- Creative and have passion in Interior Design

- Self-motivated and sales target driven

- Responsible, proactive & good work attitude

- Able to work in a team and individually

- Outspoken, not afraid to speak with people

- Required language(s): English and other languages

- Training will be provided
