JOB SCOPE
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
Develop design concepts, themes, and styles based on client requirements and industry trends. - Create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
Select appropriate materials, furnishings, fixtures, and accessories to complement the design concept. - Prepare comprehensive documentation, including specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion and adherence to client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative design solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
- Meticulous, positive working attitude, self-driven individual, and passion in home styling.
- Knowledge of using drawing software.
- Meticulous in the quality of work produced, with emphasis on creativity and aesthetics.
