Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage renovation projects, leveraging qualified leads provided by the company.
Provide expert advice on space planning and interior design, ensuring client needs and preferences are met.
Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on clients specific requirements and project scope.
Oversee the entire renovation process, including project management, site supervision, and coordination of all renovation activities.
Schedule and manage project timelines to ensure completion aligns with the client's move-in date.
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and management team ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any on-site issues promptly.
Regularly visit renovation sites to monitor progress and ensure quality control throughout the project duration.
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly, whether by email or phone, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
Proficiency in Photoshop & AutoCAD is preferred.
Highly committed, driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Positive, vibrant personality with a creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
Capable of overseeing projects from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless transition between phases.
Meticulous, passionate, and an excellent communicator, with strong time management skills.
Proficiency in English is required for internal documentation and coordination. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and contractors.
