Job Scope:
- Sales acquisition for renovation projects (Verified leads will be provided)
- Provide advisory services, space planning, and Design Proposal
- Preparation of a proposal based on clients requirements
- Project management for renovation works including site supervision and project coordination
- Schedule workflow to meet customers deadlines.
- Work closely with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth handover
- Responds to clients email/tele-inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Travel to jobsite during renovation period
- Manage all projects from proposal to execution, and handover
Requirements:
- Candidates with higher NITEC, Diploma & Bachelor Degree is preferred
- It's a bonus if you have experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or AutoCAD
- Candidates without the required educational background are welcome to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
