Analyze sales performance across products, industries, and trade lanes to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities, while monitoring market and competitor developments
Support planning and forecasting through data-driven insights, including building models, running scenario analyses, and aligning projections with stakeholders
Develop and maintain accurate dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable recommendations on pricing, positioning, and customer targeting
Partner with cross-functional teams to support product initiatives, track performance metrics, and enhance offerings based on customer and market insights
Contribute to strategic and cross-functional projects, providing analysis to support decision-making and driving improvements in systems, reporting, and automation
Requirements
Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in analytics, business planning, consulting, or similar roles
Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis techniques
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience in forecasting, modelling, and data interpretation
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to project-based work environments
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools is advantageous
Exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus
Relevant certifications in data analytics are beneficial
