. Calculate and administer sales incentive payouts for wealth and retail banking roles

. Support annual incentive planning through data analysis, trend review, and scenario simulations

. Respond to sales incentive queries from frontline teams in a timely manner

. Support daily operations related to sales incentive administration

. Review operational processes and identify potential risk areas

. Maintain and update documentation to ensure audit and compliance standards are met

. Perform data validation and preparation for incentive calculations and reporting

. Assist with user acceptance testing when required
