Responsibilities:
- Support the calculation and administration of sales incentive payouts.
- Analyze sales performance data, prepare reports, and assist with data validation.
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders regarding incentive calculations.
- Support operational processes, documentation updates, and user testing when required.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and ensuring accurate data management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales performance, sales incentives, finance, or data analysis within the financial services industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
