Job Summary

Provide expert immigration consultancy by managing client cases end-to-end, advising on global immigration policies, developing strategies for complex matters, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful visa application outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client immigration needs through consultations with prospective and existing clients
  • Communicate clearly with clients to understand and document their immigration requirements
  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to help clients achieve their visa application goals
  • Analyze and interpret global immigration policies to offer in-depth counsel
  • Develop and implement strategies for complex immigration cases to optimize client outcomes
  • Lead collaboration with HR, legal teams, clients, and external vendors to coordinate immigration processes
  • Deliver high-quality immigration services by applying extensive knowledge and experience
  • Create educational materials and lead seminars to inform clients and stakeholders on immigration topics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Conduct thorough research on immigration matters to support case management and strategy development
  • Manage immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process
  • Provide timely updates to clients on immigration status and communicate any potential delays proactively
  • Address client queries and assist with formalities during application processing and approval stages
  • Collect necessary documentation from clients through meetings and liaison activities
  • Maintain accurate client databases and update immigration resource libraries regularly
  • Perform general administrative tasks including reporting and data management to support case workflows

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience working as a Consultant
