Our real estate client is hiring a Sales Head to drive corporate sales and expansion across its premium flexible office portfolio in Singapore.

This is a senior role for a high-performing B2B sales professional with strong experience in corporate real estate, co-working, or office space solutions. You'll lead end-to-end sales, build C-suite relationships, and shape the go-to-market strategy in a highly competitive market.

What You'll Do

  • Drive corporate client acquisition and revenue growth across existing centers
  • Own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to deal closure
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, HR, and finance leaders
  • Deliver tailored workspace solutions to enterprises, startups, and SMEs
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and retention opportunities
  • Track market trends and provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates

What We're Looking For

  • B2B sales experience in real estate, co-working, or office solutions
  • Proven success closing high-value corporate deals in Singapore or APAC
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of Singapore's commercial real estate landscape
