The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Growth Executive to drive student enrolment and expand our customer base.
This role focuses on customer acquisition, lead conversion, and developing partnerships to enhance meaningful collaboration and increase membership. You will engage parents and students, build trust, and convert interest into long-term enrolments - directly contributing to the growth of the academy.
This is more than a sales role. You are introducing families to a programme that shapes character, sporting excellence, and life outcomes.
Key Responsibilities - Drive Z Fencing Membership Growth
1. Grow Z Fencing Membership
. Develop and lead outreach events that introduce families to the Z experience.
. Convert trial classes to full enrolments, including liaising with coaches and recommending suitable programmes based on student needs.
. Support & follow up enquiries from parents (including calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins, etc.).
. Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
2. Generate & Convert Leads
. Proactively source new leads through referrals, and partnerships.
. Follow up consistently to convert trial students into paying customers.
. Generate a sustainable pipeline of new leads through external engagement.
3. Build Strategic Partnerships
. Develop relationships with community partners, enrichment centres, and schools.
. Collaborate, lead and participate in partner roadshows and joint programmes.
. Generate leads through external engagement activities.
4. Support Marketing & Growth
. Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
. Contribute ideas for how Z Fencing can reach more families who need what we offer.
Requirements

. Candidates without tertiary qualifications are welcome to apply.
. Fresh graduates and mid-career switchers are encouraged to apply.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (comfortable engaging parents and children).
. Willing to work evenings and weekends (aligned with class schedules) and outreach events.
. Experience in enrichment centres, tuition centres, or sports academies is advantageous.
. Interest in sports, youth development, or education.
